3D4U grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this website and services provided that you:

- Do not attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
- Do not remove any copyright or proprietary notations from any content
- Do not transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
The materials on 3D4U are provided on an 'as is' basis. 3D4U makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
4. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall 3D4U or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on 3D4U's website, even if 3D4U or a 3D4U authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
5. Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on 3D4U's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. 3D4U does not warrant that any of the materials on the website are accurate, complete, or current. 3D4U may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

3D4U has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by 3D4U of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

3D4U may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
8. 3D Printing Services Terms
8.1 Quote and Payment
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment terms and methods will be specified in the quote.
8.2 File Submission
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete 3D model files. We accept STL, OBJ, STEP, and other standard 3D file formats. 3D4U is not responsible for design flaws or errors in submitted files.
8.3 Production Timeline
Standard production time is typically 5-10 business days depending on complexity and order volume. Rush orders may be available at an additional cost. 3D4U will communicate any delays promptly.
8.4 Quality Standards
3D4U maintains quality standards in accordance with industry best practices. However, as 3D printing is a material process, slight variations are normal. We provide inspection reports upon request.
8.5 Intellectual Property
The customer warrants that all submitted designs are either original works or that the customer has obtained all necessary permissions. 3D4U will not be held liable for any intellectual property infringements related to customer-submitted designs.
8.6 Cancellations and Returns
Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of order placement for a full refund. Returns are accepted within 14 days if parts do not meet specifications due to 3D4U error. Damage due to improper handling or use by the customer is not covered.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts that location.
